When Do you Launch?
Fix-It Pro will officially launch in Early 2026 in the Savannah and Augusta, GA markets. There are already plans for future expansion into the Atlanta, GA metro market.
How are providers vetted?
Every provider is individually verified when they submit their application. We keep records of their identification, certifications, insurance, and other relevant documents to ensure that quality standards are maintained for both users and providers.
How does pricing work?
Providers set their rates based on their needs, experience and qualifications. Each provider's profile shows their hourly rate to users on the platform. Additionally, providers can set their own specials and promotional offers.
Is the waitlist free?
All users can register for Fix-It Pro for free and there is no fee to join the waitlist. As the platform expands, each user will have opportunities to upgrade from their basic membership for enhanced access and features.
Will there be a mobile app?
FIx-It Pro is currently web-based, allowing users and providers to access the platform from any web browser on their home computer, tablet, or mobile device. A mobile-only version is in the final stages of development and is set to be released during 2026.
